Marie Morin is a French company that makes simple, genuine, and exceptionally delectable desserts. The company was established by Marie and Alain Morin in 1994 and since their expansion to Canada in 2004, their desserts claimed a rack in every grocery in Canada, and eventually, the whole world.

 

Marie Morin’s Crème Brulee, as Marie calls it, is their “top cream”. It’s their distinct blend of cream, milk, eggs, and sugar, topped with a thin layer of caramel crisp. It’s usually served at room temperature, others prefer it baked, but it’s just as delicious when chilled.

 

All of their products are given special attention, each ingredient carefully chosen. Their desserts are delicately prepared in ramekins, meaning, there’s no plastic taste. Currently, they have 6 flavors in the market namely: Lemon Cheesecake, Apple Crumble, Crème Brulee, Caramel Custard, Chocolate Mousse, and the Hot Chocolate Souffle.
